Lowrider Custom Bike Skull

Anibal Garcia explains his prized skeleton Lowrider bicycle-built process in detail.
The bike build is part of one of the largest bicycle builds and customization in Spain. With no budget and a lot of creativity, Anibal shows us what can be done by restoring and recycling an old BH California bike.

“CULTO” For the first “Build of Bici Nostra” we have opted to customize a Bh California, its condition was not optimal but, there was a characteristic that caught our attention and that was in charge of guiding the project.
We refer to the supplement that the fork carried made with a rear triangle of a bicycle. What they wanted to achieve with this adaptation was the characteristics of Lowrider bikes.
We had to integrate that supplement as part of the same piece, for this, we came up with making the hands holding the fork with a bone finishing. And from there the whole project originated, but we are not satisfied with a simple skeleton finish, but rather, it would have to be the combination of the Lowrider and its culture, in this case, a tribute to La Santa Muerte, giving the project character and mystery with the utmost respect.
